  • Our sauna is located within the NRMA Bright Caravan Park, accessible via the main entrance. Look for the Sweatfolk Sauna Trailer near the communal area.

  • No — the sauna is open to the public as well as park guests. Everyone is welcome to book a session and enjoy the experience.

    • Communal Session: Up to 6 people share the sauna. Great for meeting others and enjoying conversation.

    • Private Session: Reserved exclusively for your group. Ideal for couples, friends, or solo relaxation.. Please note a maximum of 8 people can be in the sauna at anytime and this is a cozy fit.

  • Each session runs for 50 minutes. Please arrive early and shower on site prior to your session time to maximise your session. You are welcome to hang around after for as long as you like.

  • Bring:

    • A swimsuit

    • A towel to dry yourself off

    • A towel to sit on

    • A water bottle to stay hydrated

    • Optional: a robe or slides for comfort before and after your session

  • Arrive 10 minutes early and rinse off at the caravan park showers before entering the sauna. Meet your guide at the sauna trailer for a short briefing before the session begins.

  • Yes. A Sweatfolk guide will be present throughout the session to manage the fire, monitor temperature, and ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

  • The wood-fired sauna typically operates between 70–90°C,

  • Most people can enjoy the sauna, but if you have heart conditions, low or high blood pressure, are pregnant, history of syncope or feinting or have other health concerns, please consult your doctor before attending.

  • Yes, you can cool off under the park’s outdoor showers or take a refreshing dip in nearby natural spots after your session.

    Unfortunately cold plunges are not yet available, it is something we are working on

  • Cancellations or changes can be made up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or credit. Please see our cancellation policy at checkout.

  • No alcohol or food is permitted in or around the sauna area. We encourage guests to arrive hydrated and enjoy the experience mindfully.

    Participants will not be allowed to enter if they are considered under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • We love seeing families enjoy time together, but for safety reasons our sauna is not suitable for young children.

    • Minimum age: We recommend the sauna for ages 12 and over.
    • Supervision: Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Heat tolerance: Sauna temperatures can be very high, and children are more sensitive to heat — we ask parents to use caution and shorten sessions if bringing teens.

    For younger children, we encourage enjoying the outdoor space and cool-down areas instead.
